Board members of the Agents of Young Performers Association (AYPA) help parents and guardians navigate the unique world of young performers, offering expert guidance on agents, Spotlight profiles, auditions, contracts and professional opportunities across West End theatre, touring, commercials, television and film. 

The panel will be providing insight into safeguarding, working regulations and agents offering or charging for classes, helping families recognise potential red flags and make informed decisions. AYPA members will also be covering how parents can advocate for their child, set boundaries, navigate social media and build resilience and confidence when opportunities don’t work out. Through this session, AYPA will help to ensure young performers are represented, protected and supported throughout their careers.
