Announcing the Winners of the YTE 2025 Stage Competition
The Young Talent Expo Stage Competition is always one of the most exciting parts of the event, and this year was no exception. We received an inspiring range of entries from young performers across the UK and beyond, showcasing monologues, songs, and original work. The passion, talent, and creativity on display made the judging process a challenge, and our panel of casting directors carefully selected just eight winners to take the stage.
We are thrilled to introduce the 2025 Stage Competition Winners, who will be performing live at the Expo on Saturday, November 8, 2025 in London.

Emma’s dream roles are Annie and Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz, both happy, positive characters who inspire her love of musical theatre. Her dream is to perform on the West End, and at YTE she will be singing “I See Stars” from Mean Girls: The Musical.

Paige will perform “The Not So Perfect Child” from the play Flowers in the Desert. Her advice to other young performers is to shake out your nerves before going on stage, take a deep breath, and show your personality. Most importantly, be yourself and enjoy it.

Felix will perform the monologue “Meeting My Girlfriend’s Parents.” His favorite part of performing live is seeing people smile and react to the story he is telling. He loves bringing characters to life, making the audience feel something, and says entertaining others is the best feeling in the world.

Hanley will perform his song “Don’t Know What To Do” while accompanying himself on guitar. His favorite part of performing is the excitement and buzz he feels on stage, and the emotional connection that forms between him and the audience.

Performing “Hopelessly Devoted to You” from Grease, Sam says her favorite part of performing live is the moment when the audience is completely with her. That is when nerves melt away, and she feels exactly where she is meant to be. She loves the power of performance to connect people and hopes to carry that into an acting career in film and TV.

Tamilore will sing “Part of Your World” from The Little Mermaid. Her goal this year is to begin writing her own music. She has started capturing lyrics in her diary and plans to take songwriting classes, working with her vocal coach to bring her words to life.

Evelyn says rehearsals are her favorite part of the process, as they help her grow as a performer and explore different ways to showcase her talent.

Jemima will perform a monologue from A Hundred Words for Snow by Tatty Hennessy. She shared that one of her goals is to be less self-conscious in her screen acting, especially when committing to emotional or personal scenes as a teenager. This year she is working on older, more challenging scripts that push her out of her comfort zone and help her connect to the soul of her character without holding back.
These eight performers have been handpicked by our expert judging panel of casting directors. Each brings something unique and inspiring to the stage, representing the next generation of talent in theatre, film, and television.
Do not miss your chance to see them live at Young Talent Expo 2025 on Saturday, November 8 in London.
