​Industry Parent was formed in 2024 by Bonnie Lia; Founder of Bonnie & Betty Agency, with the goal of equipping parents with the knowledge and skills needed to support their children in the industry. With over 20 years of experience and an extensive network of contacts, Bonnie is dedicated to making the industry accessible to everyone. She is passionate about demystifying the industry and breaking down barriers.
