National Youth Monologues

National Youth Monologues is the UK's national monologue competition for young performers aged 9-19. Across four categories - Contemporary, Classical, Screen and Original - we provide a platform for young actors to showcase their talent, develop their craft and gain industry recognition, culminating in a West End Final. Supported by Trafalgar Entertainment, Methuen Drama and the Federation of Drama Schools, NYM is nominated for Outstanding Drama Initiative at the 2026 Music & Drama Awards.
