With over 15 years of experience working with children and young adults, Karen is passionate about nurturing emerging talent, building confidence and developing the professional skills needed to progress within the industry. Alongside the Agency, Karen is Co-Founder to a thriving London-based Speech & Drama School Achieve Arts, providing high-quality training and development for young performers. 

As Creative Director & Lead Agent at Achieve Arts Agency, Karen leads the development and representation of young performers, securing roles across Theatre, Television, Commercials and Film, both in the UK and Internationally.

Karen is committed to creating a supportive and professional pathway for young performers, helping them develop their talent, understand the industry and take confident steps towards their future careers.
