Karen Kiely – Co-Founder, Achieve Arts
Karen Kiely won a full scholarship to Laine Theatre Arts, where she trained professionally in Musical Theatre and dance, earned multiple awards, and achieved her A.L.A.M. LAMDA Diploma.

She has performed on stage and screen across the UK, Ireland, and Internationally. Karen won the silver medal for solo singing at the World Championships of Performing Arts in Los Angeles. She also worked as an Agent at a leading West End Talent Agency gaining invaluable experience collaborating with casting directors, producers, and performers which then led to the launch of Achieve Arts Agency.

With over 15 years of experience delivering high-quality training to children and young adults and with Achieve Arts Agency clients booking West End roles, International commercial campaigns and Major Feature Films,
Karen is passionate about nurturing talent and helping Achieve Arts students and clients grow in confidence, develop their craft, and elevate them in the industry.
