Kate’s career as an actor began as a teenager before training at Arts Ed. She has worked with the likes of the BBC, Now TV, Stephen Poliakoff, Tom Hooper and Juliet May. She has over a decade's experience in Children's TV production for companies including Nickelodeon, MTV, GMTV Kids, ITV and Merman. Kate is also an ICF Mindset & High Performance Life Coach with 24 years coaching experience helping actors, artists, young performers and creatives overcome stress, anxiety and even stage fright to harness the power of their full potential in the moments that matter to ensure authentic expression, sustainable career growth and personal wellbeing.
