Kyle found the bug for performance at a young age and worked within the Welsh media and arts prior to leaving for London to further his training and career. Along with being a trained and credited performer himself, Kyle has always been committed to nurturing talent as a performance coach. It was this ambition to ensure he could support others to strive for success and find the huge benefits that can come from a career or experiences in the arts that drove him to set up AKT Management. 

Kyle has a wealth of experience in the creative arts and as well as his roles on stage and screen worked for several years alongside other agencies, production companies and creatives.
