Michelle Kirby founded Daisy & Dukes around 15 years ago after spotting a real gap in how young performers were being represented. What started as a passion for championing young talent has grown into a respected London agency, now also home to Michelle Kirby Represents, its adult division.

Before moving into acting, Michelle worked as a photographic agent representing reportage photographers, which gave her a sharp eye for talent and a grounded understanding of the business side of creative careers. Today she represents actors of all ages across TV, film, theatre and commercials, with clients working on major productions for broadcasters, streamers and global brands.

Michelle is a member of the Personal Managers' Association and is known for her hands-on, nurturing approach. She believes the best careers are built on trust, honest guidance and strong negotiation, and she loves helping performers at every stage find their footing and grow.
