Sarah trained at East 15 Acting School. Whilst training she worked professionally chaperoning young people in theatre, film and television. This led to BBC’s EastEnders creating a ‘Head of Children’ role for her, which she held for 8 years. Sarah’s role at EastEnders involved supporting all young performers aged 0-25 on and off screen. Recruiting, training and managing chaperones, consulting and advising editorial teams with child related content and casting babies and toddlers for the TV show.

Sarah now works as a Children’s Casting Director, Administrator & Safeguarding Lead across multiple West End and Touring Theatre Productions. Her training, teaching experience and 20 years of Chaperoning in the entertainment industry influences her casting practice.
