Emine is an award-nominated children’s TV Producer, Director and Casting Producer with over 20 years’ experience, including 10 years at the BBC and a decade working freelance.

A preschool specialist, she has worked across a wide range of much-loved children’s programmes, including Reu & Harper’s Wonderworld, Paw Patrol: The Real Pup Squad, My World Kitchen, Something Special, Yakka Dee, Teletubbies and Peppa Pig.

In 2025, she was nominated for a BAFTA for Best Non-Scripted Children’s Series for producing and directing Series 2 of Reu & Harper’s Wonderworld.

Verity is an award-winning Casting Director working across Film, TV and Theatre.

Current screen work includes King and Conqueror for the BBC, The Queen of Fashion starring Andrea Riseborough and UK Casting on The Hunger Games: Sunrise On The Reaping. Current stage work includes Oliver! in the West End & The BFG for the RSC.

Verity is also the in-house Casting Director for Tall Stories Theatre Company. Current projects include Smeds and The Smoos, Elmer and Gruffalo’s Child.

Having originally specialised in young person casting, Verity has cast children in a wealth of West End shows including Hills of California, Frozen, Mrs Doubtfire, The Sound of Music, The Ferryman, School of Rock, Bugsy Malone, 101 Dalmatians, Beauty and The Beast, Macbeth, The Prince of Egypt, Leopoldstadt, The Hunt, Small Island, Billy Elliot The Musical and Matilda The Musical.

I'm a Casting Associate with over 17 years of experience working alongside Tracey Gillham - five years as her assistant before stepping up as her associate.

I specialise in Children and Youth casting, and I absolutely love working in comedy, having contributed to some truly incredible and influential shows along the way, including Inside No 9; for all 9 series, The Cleaner; Miranda; Benidorm; Code 404; Hitmen; Dick Turpin; The Murder They Hope franchise; Larkins; Catastrophe; Not Going Out for 16 years and also all of Ricky Gervais's latest shows; Derek; Afterlife; Life's Too Short the film of David Brent Life on the Road, currently working on Can You Keep A Secret series 2 and many more.
